Libero. Rutilus takes its name from Latin for Red. Consisting of 18 strands of red leather, tipped in silver caps, the strands are gathered by a corian motif at the neck. The strands hang, and can be worn in a number of ways.... best worn on minimalist black garments for maximum effect.
